YOU THOUGHT YOU DID EVERYTHING RIGHT
This site suggests that under current law the “Probate Industry” and associated schemers, can undo all your intentions; given the way the system is currently allowed to operate.
 
This organization is dedicated to chronicling cases where the intent of the Elderly were defeated by the way the Probate System was allowed to operate or by how it was manipulated.  We will work to change the system so that it MUST Honor Elderly’s Last Plans, and work to Save Exploited Seniors — without allowing schemers to prevail or even be allowed to cause problems for the Elderly.
 
You may think such things won’t effect you because you think you did everything right. If you think that, you might still be wrong.
 
Let us assume you followed the advice of a good lawyer:
  • You’ve created a Living Will, to cover your dying moments.
  • You empowered one of your children to be your Health Care Agent to deal with doctors on your behalf, review your care, and make decisions for you.
  • You gave one of your children a Power Of Attorney (POA) to use ONLY when you finally can’t make decisions for yourself.
  • You gifted your house to your daughter (or one of your children), but thought you retained life-long use for yourself … meaning that you would be able to live in your house as long as you were alive.
  • To make things even, you updated your will giving the remainder of your property to your other children when you die.
You may now think worry-free enjoyment of your golden years awaits you. You might think none of this stuff in the press about the bad practices of the probate system effects you, because you did everything right.
 
If you think that, you may be wrong … especially if the “Probate Industry” and the associated schemers get involved.  Schemers, with help from how the Probate System is allowed to operate, may still be able to effectively take everything away from you — including your health!
 
At least that is our opinion. Do your own research. Explore this site. Review the case studies. Share your story with us. Decide for yourself. We hope you find this information helpful.  We hope that you will support us in working to improved they system for your benefit.  We feel we can say we are working to improve the system for you, because someday, with luck, you too will be part of the Elderly.  When that happens, you too will want your Last Plans Honored, and you too will not want to be exploited.
